1. Introduction

Welcome to Sofi ("we", "us", "our"). Sofi is a Hong Kong-based print-on-demand platform that allows parents and guardians to upload their children's original artwork and have it professionally printed on high-quality apparel, including t-shirts.

By accessing or using the Sofi website (sofi.com.hk), mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before placing an order or creating an account.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent;
• You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms;
• You agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Creating an Account

To place an order, you must register for an account using a valid email address or Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. Sofi reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

3.3 Account Security

You must notify us immediately at sofifamventures@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Sofi will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Products & Orders

4.1 Custom-Printed Products

Sofi offers custom print-on-demand apparel. Each product is produced individually based on the artwork file you upload. Due to the custom nature of our products, standard returns do not apply (see Section 8).

4.2 Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order and does not constitute acceptance of your order. Sofi reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4.3 Pricing

All prices are listed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Sofi reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice; however, the price at the time of your confirmed order will apply.

4.4 Product Variations

Colour representation of products on screen may differ slightly from the actual printed product due to variations in monitor calibration and the printing process. These minor differences do not constitute grounds for a return or refund.

5. Artwork Upload & Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Artwork

By uploading artwork to the Platform, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to the uploaded artwork, or you have obtained all necessary permissions from the rights holder;
• The artwork does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights;
• The artwork does not contain any illegal, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.

5.2 Licence to Sofi

You grant Sofi a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, print, and fulfil orders using your uploaded artwork solely for the purpose of completing your order and providing our services. We will not use your artwork for any other commercial purpose without your explicit consent.

5.3 Sofi's Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, and platform content owned by Sofi remain the exclusive property of Sofi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of Sofi's proprietary content without prior written permission.

5.4 Content Moderation

Sofi reserves the right to reject, remove, or refuse to print any artwork that we, in our sole discretion, determine to be inappropriate, infringing, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Payment

6.1 Payment Methods

Sofi accepts payments via Airwallex and other payment methods listed on the Platform at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.

6.2 Payment Security

Sofi does not store your full payment card details. All payment data is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processors. You agree to pay all charges incurred through your account.

6.3 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your order will not be processed. You will be notified by email. Sofi is not liable for any consequences arising from failed payment transactions.

7. Shipping & Delivery

7.1 Delivery Area

Sofi currently ships within Hong Kong. International shipping availability may vary and will be communicated on the Platform.

7.2 Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative only. Production typically takes 3-7 business days following order confirmation. Delivery times may vary due to demand, public holidays, or factors beyond our control.

7.3 Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided, responsibility for the parcel passes to the logistics carrier. Sofi will assist in resolving delivery issues but cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.

7.4 Free Shipping Promotions

Free shipping promotions are subject to a minimum order value as stated on the Platform and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

8. Returns & Refunds

8.1 Custom Products

As all products are custom-made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or minor colour variations inherent to the printing process.

8.2 Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from your order, please contact us at sofifamventures@gmail.com within 7 days of receipt with photos of the issue. We will assess your claim and, at our discretion, offer a reprint, store credit, or refund.

8.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

9. Prohibited Activities

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Upload artwork that infringes intellectual property rights;
• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information;
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's functionality;
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems;
• Use automated tools or bots to scrape, crawl, or interact with the Platform.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and may be reported to relevant authorities.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap. 486) of Hong Kong. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and use as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sofi makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or suitability for any purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Sofi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

13. Amendments

Sofi reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated effective date, or by email. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
